Sound Bowl Therapy

Description
This 45-minute session uses Tibetan sound bowls to gently guide your body and mind into deep relaxation. You’ll lie comfortably while I create slow, intentional tones and vibrations that help calm the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and release stored tension. The sound waves support improved sleep, stress relief, emotional balance, and a greater sense of inner peace. This is a fully clothed, non-touch service—perfect on its own or added before bodywork to help you reset and realign.
